- Keep the carton frozen until you are ready to use it.
- If you bought by the kilogram, take only the amount you plan to cook and leave the rest frozen.
- Thaw fish in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
- Cook the fish after it has thawed.
- Do not refreeze fish that has thawed completely.
